Sad sad! Sent my daughter in for Thursday 1/2 off! So she ordered a Venti drink. They gave her a small… told her well she only paid x amount; she said that was for Half off and a Tip! Then they Re-made it and made it in the same size. No Venti. And no money back. The staff was mad for their inconvenience.
